Chaser wins Best Technology Provider at the 2024 Credit Awards

Pleased to share Chaser has won the Best Technology Provider (Collections) award at the 2024 Credit Strategy Awards. After being shortlisted for the awards in May it is an honor to be recognized by the prestigious Credit Strategy group as a winner, for Chaser's commitment to providing businesses around the globe with cutting-edge technology and AI to help them protect and bring their revenue in faster.

 

The 25th annual Credit Awards was held at the Celtic Manor in Newport, Wales, as part of Credit Strategy's 2024 Credit Week event. The awards recognize outstanding achievements in the credit management industry. The Best Technology Provider (Collections) award recognizes organizations taking an approach to technology that is more advanced or innovative than the industry standard, and are generating concrete results. Chaser is thrilled to be recognized by the Credit Strategy group again in 2024 after winning the Best use of Technology award in 2022, and being a finalist for this category as well as Best company to work for in 2023.

 

The awards evening took place in the Celtic Manor hotel in Newport, Wales

 

Among winners were leading organizations in the credit management and technology space including Experian, Sky, BMW Group, and CreditSpring.

The Credit Awards is more than just what you see here tonight. It is bigger than that - it’s a programme designed to test the industry and reward only the absolute best. Chaser received this award for its recently released technology that is helping organizations around the world to reduce late payments and protect their revenue, namely;

 

Auto-call

  • This new tool lets credit control teams automate one of their most time consuming tasks; debtor phone calls. Auto-calls deliver a pre-scripted, personalized phone call to debtors on the times and intervals that organizations choose. This eliminates the need for manually chasing payments over the phone.

Payer ratings

  • Credit management teams can now see at a glance which of their customers are most likely to pay them late, and which accounts to prioritize. Payer-ratings use data on customers’ payment-behavior and compare trends seen across Chaser, assigning every payer an AI-generated ‘rating’ (Good, Bad, or Average).

Recommended chasing times

  • Imagine being able to chase your debtors at the exact time and date they are most likely to pay you, automatically. With recommended chasing times, this is now possible. This AI-algorithm assesses key data points on customer behavior including email opens, replies, and invoice payment times, to offer credit teams an optimal time and date to chase for payment - to maximize their chances of instant payment.
