The time has come to usher in a new age of Chaser with the long-awaited release of the newly designed Chaser 2.0. Chaser’s old web application has been with us since its launch (over 5 years ago!) and although it has served our users well over the years - it’s now time to say our goodbyes as we move onto greener pastures!
After raising £3 Million in growth round funding, we decided it was time to rebuild Chaser better than ever before. The result is the release of the brand new Chaser 2.0! It has a fresh lick of digital paint and strong foundations upon which we will continue to build new features and value for our users as the market-leading automated credit control platform. Keep your eye out for some new functionality that has already been introduced in the redesign!
Assigning customers to schedules is now far less time consuming, as the batch editing of customers allows you to easily filter by schedule before bulk selecting and changing customer chasing schedules.
Ensure templates look exactly as you want them to before chasing, by sending yourself a preview template.
Easily manage your templates and the schedules they belong to through the improved user interface.
