Launched in 2017, these awards recognise excellence and innovation in the credit and collections industry. They aim to reward technological innovation within the industry and highlight the success of both companies and individuals who lead the way in enhancing credit and collections technology.

The reasons why Chaser was shortlisted
Chaser was shortlisted for Innovation in Collections & Recoveries for the Chaser Collections debt recovery service which champions ease of use, transparency and protecting customer relationships.
Chief Technology Officer, Pedro Sampaio was shortlisted for Technology Innovator - Person of the Year for. This award recognises Pedro's strong passion for helping small-and-medium businesses (SMBs) put an end to late payments and building cost-effective solutions to help them do so. By actively considering end-user needs, innovating, and ensuring the software is available to more businesses that need it every year, Pedro has enabled Chaser in becoming the highest-rated receivables software available, with 400+ reviews - at a perfect 5.0 stars.
Chaser was also shortlisted for Payment Solution of the Year for the launch of our new Payment Portal and its unique ability to be used within payment reminders that use automated humanity - ensuring time-saving whilst allowing users to keep the personal touch with customers and avoid signs of automation.
Last but not least, Chaser was shortlisted for Technology Team of the Year - recognising the additional support the Chaser team pulled together to provide end-users with effective solutions to deal with late payments during the pandemic. In 2021, Chaser provided new extensions to its software offering: Chaser Collections, Payment Portal and Payment Plans - all in-app to optimise the entire credit control journey for our customers, making it even easier to get paid.
