Celebrating a decade of Chaser: teamwork, strategy, and fun

This October, the Chaser team gathered in Serbia for an offsite to reflect on the company’s 10-year milestone and celebrate as a team. The event blended strategy, team bonding, and celebrations, all underpinned by Chaser’s core values: Care, Courage, Candor, and Celebration.

The offsite brought team members from around the world, including Australia, Portugal, and Scotland- together. It gave everyone a chance to connect, share ideas, and celebrate Chaser’s decade-long journey of helping businesses .

The leadership team arrived early to set the tone for the offsite and align on Chaser’s strategic vision for 2025. The sessions were filled with new ideas, reflections on Chaser's achievements so far, and a renewed drive to make the next year even better.

Singing into the night: karaoke fun and team bonding

After the team arrived and settled in, the first evening kicked off with a karaoke night, breaking the ice and bringing energy to the start of the offsite. There were unforgettable performances, enthusiastic cheers, and plenty of laughs.

The offsite’s second day was all about teamwork and fun with the Country Olympics. Split into four teams; everyone tackled classic challenges like tug of war, sack races, and other spirited games. Care: Team members cheered each other on, stepping in to help.

Chaser’s values shone bright during the team hike, as everyone helped one another navigate tricky trails, slippery rocks, and steep inclines to reach a beautiful waterfall. Candor: Open communication was key as team members guided one another along the hike.

Bonfire reflections: celebrating a decade and envisioning 2025

The evening bonfire brought a moment of connection and reflection. Chaser’s CEO, Sonia, led thought-provoking conversations, asking questions like:

• What positive change would you make in the world?

It was a relaxed and open atmosphere, where team members shared personal goals and professional aspirations. Care and Courage: Honest conversations, encouragement, and meaningful connections defined the evening.

For some team members, the adventure continued as they stayed on to explore Belgrade’s vibrant streets and culture.
